O’Malley Real Estate Co., LLC is a Chicago-based, full service commercial real estate firm focused on adding value to its clients.  The small, nimble and “hands-on” style of our company ensures transparency, confidentiality, accountability and trust.  Our commitment is adding value by utilizing our experience, use of technology and deep business relationships, to find or negotiate desirable solutions our clients.  

The principal of O’Malley Real Estate, John K. O’Malley, has been working in commercial real estate since 1990, when he became part of the original leasing team of J.F. McKinney and Associates, the leading marketing repositioning firm in Chicago, to lease a 50% vacant Prudential Plaza.  After ensuing leasing success at Prudential Plaza and subsequent other Class A and B office properties, Mr. O’Malley continued in various brokerage and development capacities in the commercial real estate markets, mostly in the Chicagoland area.  Over the years, he has consummated over 2 million square feet of office and industrial leasing transactions, and $35 million in sales and acquisitions for his satisfied clients (see testimonials).
